The proposed feature issue will publish a selection of the best papers that mark state-of-the-art and perspectives in the field of Decision Support Systems. In addition to papers submitted independently, the selection will include the best papers presented during the IFIP8/TC8.3 International Conference on Creativity and Innovation in Decision Making and Decision Support CIDMD2006. This conference will be held in London, June 28th –July 1st 2006. Interested authors are invited to submit to this feature issue high quality papers on OR methodologies or tools used for designing new framework of Decision Support Systems. All submitted papers will be refereed according to the editorial policy of EJOR.
